End-to-end Instagram management, from content strategy to posting to active community engagement. Your feed will reflect the quality and character of Popcorn Interiors, consistently.

Strategy Brand strategy call — we will define your voice, your content pillars, and your goals for the 3 months. What does Popcorn Interiors stand for? Who are you speaking to?
Setup Project database built — all past and current projects consolidated into a working reference library I will draw from for content.
Setup Content calendar framework created — pillars, themes, posting rhythm, and email cadence agreed and documented.
Research Competitor and audience review — understanding what your ideal clients are engaging with and searching for.
April — Mid Month
Concepts, Approvals & First Wave
Review First content concepts presented — blog post topics and Instagram content directions for May submitted for your review and edits.
Creation Writing begins once concepts are approved — blog posts and captions drafted and refined.
Live Community engagement begins — active, consistent presence in comments and relevant conversations on Instagram from mid-April.
April — End of Month
Visuals & Final Sign-Off
Review Visual direction and post designs for May submitted to you for final edits and approval. Your sign-off means we are ready to publish on schedule.
Prep First email nurture drafted and ready for your review — to go out in early May.

Publishing, Engaging & Iterating
Live Content goes live on schedule — 10–12 Instagram posts published across the month, 2 blog posts published, 1–2 emails sent to your list.
Live Community engagement continues daily — comments, DMs, and relationship-building in your niche.
Review Mid-month: concepts for June content submitted for your review and approval.
Analytics Mid-month analytics check-in — we review what is resonating, what is driving traffic, and refine accordingly. Kept short: 20–30 minutes.

Live Full publishing and engagement schedule continues as in Month 2.
Analytics Mid-month analytics review — same rhythm as Month 2, with a fuller picture now that we have three months of data.
Review End-of-engagement review — a thorough look at what has been built, what is working, and a clear recommendation for how to continue. At this point, we decide together on next steps.
